Reserve your ½ Beef Share from our upcoming harvest! There is no cost today to reserve your share.

Once you submit your reservation, we'll reach out before harvest to discuss your cut sheet, answer any questions, and coordinate the pickup or delivery option that works best for you. We'll also send you a separate invoice prior to delivery.

What's Included

Our cattle are:

• 100% grass-fed and grass-finished
• Raised on pasture year-round
• Never confined to feedlots
• Never given growth hormone implants

Each ½ Beef Share includes a wide variety of premium cuts, including:

• Steaks
• Roasts
• Ground beef
• Soup bones (optional)
• And many other family favorites

Your beef will be professionally cut to your specifications, individually packaged, frozen, and ready for your freezer.

Weight & Yield

A typical ½ Beef Share has a hanging weight of approximately 225 lbs.

The amount of beef you take home depends on your cutting preferences.

• Bone-in cuts (such as steaks and roasts) provide the greatest yield.
• Boneless cuts require additional trimming and typically result in a take-home weight of about 70% of the hanging weight.

Pickup & Delivery

Once your beef is ready, we'll contact you to schedule the best pickup or delivery option for your order.

Depending on your location, your beef can either be:

• Delivered to your nearest Green Pastures Ranch pickup location, or
• Delivered directly to your home.

We'll discuss the best option with you before your delivery date.
